Let’s try to keep this simple.
Get the US Elite Entertainment "Millenium Edition". It has the same excellent transfer as Elite’s earlier Special Collector’s Edition, but with even more extras (R2 UK CE from "Contender" has many extras from that set, but the transfer is not in the same level, and it´s CUT). Next best choice would be Elite’s Special Collector’s Edition (probably becoming hard to find).
